Who We Are

Tamisha Lee is a dynamic and influential leader driving rural women's empowerment and agricultural advancement in Jamaica. As President of the Jamaica Network of Rural Women, she spearheads initiatives that foster sustainable agricultural practices, enhance economic opportunities, and advocate for the critical role of women in the agricultural sector. 

Evan has an extensive background in nonprofit management, governance and marketing. He has started a number of both domestic and International nonprofits, and has experience in international development through with at the UN and elsewhere.

William is the co-founder and President of AgriFood Capital Corp. with a focus on the design of risk management tools/services, strategic investment solutions and governance. Attaining senior management roles over 35 years has developed competency in corporate oversight, grain marketing, logistics, risk transfer solutions and business investment strategies. 

Ross is Director and Principal at Alertware Technologies, and a Director of Churchwares Direct

Mr. Robert Antonio Reid has over 40 years of experience working in several Caribbean countries and several regional and hemispheric organizations. He has led and participated in multidisciplinary expert teams associated with medium—to large agribusiness and climate-change-oriented projects.
